Jack McCarthy, Executive Director of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”), today joined state and local officials at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the North Reading Middle/High School. The MSBA is contributing a maximum total facilities grant of over $49 million of eligible expenses towards the $123.2 million project.

The Massachusetts School Building Authority Board of Directors met on Wednesday, September 30,  2015.

Jack McCarthy, Executive Director of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”), joined state and local officials at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Penn Brook Elementary School. The MSBA is contributing up to $20.1 million for the project.

The Massachusetts School Building Authority Board of Directors will be meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 10:00 AM.  The meeting will take place at 40 Broad Street, 2^nd Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02109. 

Jack McCarthy, Executive Director of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”), today joined state and local officials at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Plymouth South High School.  The MSBA is contributing a maximum total facilities grant of over $46 million of eligible expenses towards the project.
 

The Massachusetts School Building Authority Administration, Operations, and Finance Subcommittee will be meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 3:00 PM.  The meeting will take place at 1 Ashburton Place, 12th Floor, 2nd Conference Room in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jack McCarthy, Executive Director of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”), today joined with local legislative and school district leaders at an opening ceremony for additions and renovations at Sutton Middle/High School. The MSBA will contribute a maximum grant of up to $27,837,016 toward the project.

State Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg, Chair of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”), and Jack McCarthy, MSBA Executive Director, today joined state and local officials at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Park Avenue Elementary School. The MSBA is contributing up to $29.5 million for the project.

Jack McCarthy, Executive Director of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”), today joined state and local officials at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Auburn Middle School. The MSBA is contributing a maximum grant of up to $20,715,999 of eligible expenses toward this $41.6 million project.

The Massachusetts School Building Authority Board of Directors met on Thursday, August 6,  2015.  At the meeting, the Board voted to invite four District's to conduct Feasibility Studies; six Districts were approved to proceed with their Preferred Schematic Designs; and one District was advanced to the Project Scope and Budget Phase. In addition, the Board also voted to approve the final audits and grant amounts of six New Program projects. 

Jack McCarthy, Executive Director of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”), today joined state and local officials at a groundbreaking ceremony for Holbrook’s new Kindergarten through 12^th grade school. The MSBA is contributing a maximum total facilities grant of $55,751,400 towards the project.
