Jack McCarthy, Executive Director of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”), joined state and local officials at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Penn Brook Elementary School. The MSBA is contributing up to $20.1 million for the project.

The MSBA is contributing a maximum total facilities grant of over $46 million of eligible expenses towards the project.

The MSBA will contribute a maximum grant of up to $27,837,016 toward the project.

The MSBA is contributing up to $29.5 million for the project.

The MSBA is contributing a maximum grant of up to $20,715,999 of eligible expenses toward this $41.6 million project.
The Massachusetts School Building Authority Board of Directors met on Thursday, August 6, 2015. At the meeting, the Board voted to invite four District's to conduct Feasibility Studies; six Districts were approved to proceed with their Preferred Schematic Designs; and one District was advanced to the Project Scope and Budget Phase. In addition, the Board also voted to approve the final audits and grant amounts of six New Program projects.

The MSBA is contributing a maximum total facilities grant of $55,751,400 towards the project.
